Lake Havasu Museum of History

Lake Havasu Museum Of History was created so that present and future generations will not only know the significance of the creation and development of the Lake Havasu City area, but will learn from the past and recognize the need to preserve the historical heritage which has been bestowed upon them. Ours is a human heritage stretching from Archaic people to Hispanic settlers, miners, dam builders, dreamers and developers, to winter and summer visitors.

Allied Art Council

Allied Arts Council of Lake Havasu is a non-profit organization of volunteers and representatives from various arts groups dedicated since 1985 to the artistic and cultural betterment of Lake Havasu City. Representatives from each member organization and members at large meet on the second Wednesday of each month at 12:00 PM to discuss event planning and coordination, receive committee reports and to conduct the business of the council. Three levels of membership exist within the council consisting of Organization Members, and Individual Members. Each member organization elects a single representative who attends meetings, votes on behalf of the organization and reports council proceedings to the organization.
